Although or Nevertheless ?

I've never heard of a tense being tested, so I can't answer that part.

"Although he got a few wrong" is not a complete sentence. You need to combine that with what precedes, and the "although" seems to me to go more logically with the first part: "Although the test was quite easy, he got a few wrong."

The second example is OK as is. I'd put a comma after "Nevertheless".

So, what tense is this answer that you say is good ? An adverb clause?? like i said im trying to learn the language.

What tense? Past. (It can only be present or past.) "Adverb clause" can't be an answer to the question "What tense?" You have two main clauses here, both in the past tense.

The test was quite easy. Nevertheless, he got a few (answers) wrong.

"nevertheless" in itself is an adverb, if that's what you mean.
