Good day everyone,
I am new to this beautiful language and I would like you help please.

1- Although he has enough money, he will not buy a new car.

2- Although he will not buy a new car, he has enough money.

Is sentence #2 wrong grammaticaly ?
if so why?

It will realy help me alot if you explain.
