Alternatives to "by the way" ....

I always wonder what I could say instead of the phrase "by the way" ....

* Oh, and by the way, I got something for you.
* By the way, do you go to the party on Saturday?

It doesn't have to be exactly the same meaning, you should just be able to use it the same way. It would be nice, though, if you could explain the phrases a little and what exactly the difference is. Thanks in advance! Emotion: smile

I think you can use "incidentally" as an alternative to "by the way". Both can be used to change the subject completely. I don't know if there is any difference.
