alternative words for 'takeaway'

It was a good workshop with many takeaways.

What I mean by takeaway is that -
It was a good workshop with many 'useful things'. /
It was a good workshop with many 'good outcomes / results'. /
It was a good workshop with many 'good things to learn, understand and practise'.

If I did not want to use the word takeway, what are my options?

Here the context.

Someone presented on a topic, it was a very informative session with hands on exercises, case studies, suggesstions, guidelines.. etc.

So I wanted to say
"It was an informative workshop with many takeaways".

Now, if I wanted to replace the word takeaways, what suggesstions are there for me?

P.S. My dictionary and thesauraus did not help. Emotion: sad
