ALTERNATIVE WAY TO SAY THE SAME SENTENCE WHICH???

Could you help me with this please?

1 There is such a big difference in size between.../a size difference between the two. I'd say BOTH
2 Did not come to mind/did it not cross your mind, that maybe I was asleep. I don't know which I'd say.
3 The bigger the piece the scareder I am that I might get caught. NO ???
4 This character won't make it (through) to the end of the season. He die before that. how would you say this?

6 The will be food on the table waiting you when you get back from school. OK
