Alternative way

Hi, I want to write dosage: every one hour in my prescription. something like -

Electrolite powder - every one hour. This, I want to specify in acronym. How to do this? THis is something new to me as i never come across such a situation till now. This patient is Non-Resident Indian.

I didn't relaize that you were looking for the abbreviation "1 sachet q.h.".

I thought you were looking for an acronym (e.g. RADAR for Radio Detection And Ranging, WHO for World Health Organization or JAMA for The Journal of the American Medical Association) for a set of words concerning electro

I think abbreviations are common in all parts of the world but it is the necessity that arises in some cases to use them. In such cases, we can not escape the use of abbreviations. Those are very much in use in western nations. We always write it in english but sometimes must to do the work using acronyms.
