Alternative to 'will have + pp' ( for a specific phrase)

Hi,

Consider the following example sentence:

"It's no use calling - she'll have left by now" [+]

Is it possible to express exactly the same idea yet without using that complicated (to an English learner's eye :-) 'will have + past participle' construct?

Looking forward to your kind comments!
