Alternative Saturday or Alternate Saturday

Hi please correct the following sentences.

I'm lost on" alternative saturday "and "alternate saturday." I heard it all the time.

1. I work on a rotation schedule for every other Saturday during the week.

2. I work alternatively Saturday(s) (should plural adpoted here?)

3. I work alternate Saturday(s)

"alternative" doesn't really fit in this context. To my ear "alternative" involves making a choice between (among) various possibilities. Here there is no choice, you are just working every other Saturday, thus "alternat

I'd liek to go back to number 1. If I rephrase it, would it work this time.

And for other issues -

I am/ work on a four-day work week, as well as alternate saturdays. (is it correct?)

I can take one of the day off from Monday to Friday. (is it correct?)
