Hi

Please tell me if this is OK.

"Please let me know when you can meet me during school hours. I will make alternative arrangements if it is going to be during my class hours."

If I read just this I would not be very clear what kind of alternative arrangements you are proposing. Are they arrangements to meet me at a time different from the one that I suggested (or not at all), or are they alternative arrangements for your lessons so that we can meet at the time suggested? I guess this may be clearer in the full context.

The context is the teacher wants to discuss with the parent about the pupil's performance at school.
As the parent couldn't make it to the earlier appointment, the teacher says this.
