"Also", "As well", etc.
Hello.
There is a question that I exactly do not know what the answer is.
Look, in English there are some words that give us the same meaning. I mean Also, As well, As well as, too and I do not know if there is more or not. Anyway, I only want to know when should we use them? I just know that As well should be used at the end of the sentence but As well as not.
So, can someone tell me the answer? And if it is possible, please tell me the formal and informal mode of using them. I mean which should be used as informal and which formal?

As well as needs a noun after it, so it cannot stand by itself at the end of a sentence. g. Consider the risk as well as the value.

You can often use whichever word you want to:
I know him too / as well / also.
All three can be used at the end of a sentence, but also isn't very commonly used in this position.
Too can also be right after the word it modifies:
Tom Brown, too, wanted to

Jeff_MosawyI was also there with John.The sentence is fine. Also is after was, which is a correct position for it.
