I agree that 1 is the most usual, but for a special emphasis 3 is possible: I also would like to know other ideas.

2. People would understand you but it sounds odd.

3. Yes, you could use it to add emphasis but it would be a rare useage. I can only imagine it if someone rather pompous had been giving you a list of other things and needed to emphasise 'and as well as those things, it's also very important that

The possible problem here is that "also" does not belong to "like" or "would" anymore, but begins a new "topic".
