Alright! That's fine.

Hi

If a fruit-seller informs us that the bill is Rs.610/- and we pay him only Rs.600/- hoping he wouldn't mind (this happens a lot, in India)..

And in case he's OK with it... what does he say??

Fruit seller: Your total bill amounts to Rs.610/-

Customer: Here's Rs.600/-

Fruit seller: Alright! That's fine.

Is this response OK?

Please help

Thank you

That's not a response that you're likely to get in Canada! Anyway, consider that most Canadians never shop in strores which sell only fruit. They shop at self-service supermarkets and pay on the way out.
