Already/just/recently

I already found the way out of it.
I just found the way out of it.
I recently found the way out of it.

Is it OK to use simple past after 'already', 'just' and 'recently', in both, casual and formal speech/writing? I'm talking about AmE. Thanks.

Why do some Americans use present perfect with those words? I never use it. Is that all right?

I've already visited Germany so many times before.

Is present perfect necessary here with the word 'already'?
