Already have not

Are sentences 1 and 2 correct with the given meanings:

1-I don't want to make him any angrier with me. i already have not said hello to him.

(I have not said hello to him and that is already bad. I don't want to make things worse.)

2-I want to do something I already have not done.

(meaning: a-I want to do something I have not already done)

"a" is the way I say it. I was wondering if "1" was correct.

On the other hand I think "1" is correct.
