Which ones are correct?

1. I've "already" known him for years.

2. I've kown him for years "already".

Or

3. I've known him "already" for years.

I've already known him for years - most natural I've known him for years already - if the relationship is about to change (ie employer/employee), you hear it said but prefer it without the already. I've known him for years is much more natural.

I've already known him for years - most natural
