A big problem, my name has no middle name nor last name but just 'Aloto', so the problem is I am unable to apply for some major useful things as I have no middle name nor last name ( of course I can take my father's name but none of my documents mentions the name) neither house name or number whereas to apply for PAN card and bank account (etc) I have to have those names. So if anyone answer my question I will really thankfully to you.

Your ID sounds like a first name and last name: Aloto Surumi, but of course I don't know what Surumi means.
Anyway, the question is whether your government has a way to do name changes. Then you could go to the appropriate official and fill out the necessary forms. You would then have a first name, a middle name (if you wanted one), and a last name (surname) of your choice, and all tho
