Are these sentences correct:

1-John, to whom and to whose brother my book was dedicated called me yesterday.
2-John, to whom my book was dedicated along with his brother called me yesterday.
3-John, to whom my book was dedicated with his brother called me yesterday.

My book was dedicated to John and his brother. John called me yesterday.
