Allowing easy access

The following are self-made sentences.
For a description of a hotel, could you please tell me if the following expression is appropriate ? I am not sure if the part " ideally situated, allowing easy access" sounds natural.

Just a 8-minute walk from Union Station on Red Line, Hotel Lavender is ideally situated, allowing easy access to the popular theme parks, Universal Studios Hollywood.
