I don't think so, but it is the opposite of homeopathy (which doesn't have a synonym either, I think).

Hi Student,
In India, there are two words in use for Allopathy. They are;
1. The doctors community use the word : Modern medicine ( Allopathy )
2. The people(Urban side) use the word: English medicine ( Allopathy )
However, I did not come across an official alternative word for allopathy as of now.
