No dictionary shows either. What do they exactly mean?


Don't I need "at" after "laugh"?

It confused me because I felt it might be considered to be an object and the verb to then follow it should be transitive. In this case, I'd need "at" after "laugh".

I see now, though, when used this way it means "as much as you like/want", not "everything you want to laugh at".
