Grammar

all who / that

Hi teachers,
My grammar book says we can use THAT as an alternative to WHO /WHOM after ALL, SOMEONE,SOMEBODY NOBODY,NO ONE, NONE, and personal pronouns (HE,SHE, I ,WE)But it does not give examples.

Can I give examples like this?:

We will accept all who / that graduated from this school.

It is I who/that will be interviewed by my boss.

Thank you in advance
