what does 'all up and down my feed' mean here?

And I see so many people talking about it on Facebook, all up and down my feed, what's been the main thing going on with it these days?

“People were thinking that with Elon Musk going on SNL that it would get close to a dollar, and then you know people who bought it for a cent or less than that could cash out and make a lot of money, but that's not actually what happened. You know during and kind of after SNL, the value dropped from about 70 cents to around 40 50 and that's kind of where it is right now. Cryptocurrencies tend to be pretty volatile so it could you know, tank(??????) or it could go up a lot it's really hard to predict but you know right now it's, it's not worth as much as people were hoping it would be.”
