All told- altogether

While the use of hydro power had also increased (by 16%) in the same year, the other two sources had no longer a significant role in the production of Australia's electricity in 2000 (4% all told).

Is the use of "all told" correct there? I want to say that they all together produced 4%. If it is wrong, what would be your suggestion instead?

Thank you.
