Other teachers can see this. It's obviously specified in the dictionary ~'ING 2

i.e., ~ING in vb 2 senses.

Of course I can deduce a truth from the dictionary that ~'ING 1 means what. In vb 1 senses It means intellectual, thoughtful....e.g. All thinking men are atheists. (It's not my judgement, just an example ? I believe in agnosticism)

But you said I'm wrong. I have no choice but to accept it because I am a learner who have no authority. Yet, I encourage you to read this, knowing that why I interpret that in the way.
