All the nation vs. the whole nation

Hi. Please help. I think the following sentences are correct. If they are, what is the difference between the phrases "all the nation" and "the whole nation" in the sentences? Also, do they mean the same? I am not mistaken, I think we normally see the words "all the" before an uncountable noun, like "all the equipment," with the word "equipment" being uncountable.

1. All the nation will be blessed.
2. The whole nation will be blessed.
