Could you please tell me whether I should use plural verb or singular one after "all (that) I learned ....

"All (that) I learned during the course was/were "I'm hungry" and "Can you help me?"

All I learned was ... is the only choice. The Google Books Ngram Viewer can't find a single example of All I learned were .

All I learned was ... is the only choice.

The Google Books Ngram Viewer can't find a single example of All I learned were. There are no instances of it in COCA either (Corpus of Contemporary American English). In effect, it doesn't exist.
