All right and alright

Can we use them like this? Would you say the words "all right" and "alright" are pretty much the same as they are used here in the first part?

A: Can you bring me a cup of water?

B: All right/alright, please wait a minute. I will get you some water.

A: How are you?

B: I am all right.
