All our money used up, we couldn't afford to stay at a hotel.
With all our money used up, we couldn't afford to stay at a hotel.
Are both sentences correct? If they are not, please tell me why they are not correct and how I can correct them.

Thank you. But another native speaker told me they are not correct and should be corrected to "All our money was used up (spent) and we couldn't afford to stay at a hotel." I don't know why?

That would be a far more usual way to express the idea, but your sentences aren't wrong.
