They are correct if you're just concerned with sentence structure, but seldom will a native speaker produce such structures in normal discourse.

Try these instead:

1. I recommended that both Bill and Tom see a doctor.

2. The building, and the land it’s on, will be inherited by my children.

3. I require that Bill and John be present.

P.S.:

If someone ‘wills’ property, it isn’t a desire it’s a demand, for after they are deceased. That’s why it’s in a ‘will’; to desire something doesn’t imply that they inherit it. It means you wish or hope, which does not make much sense in this kind of context. To inherit, it must say I ‘will’ this or I ‘will’ that and it’s written in a ‘will’.
