'All of/all' against 'every'

Hi! Hope everyone is doing ok. I've got a question. What's the difference between the following sentences:

I'd upload all (of) his photos on here if it only were possible

and

I'd upload his every photo on here if it only were possible

In my experience, all (of) his photos is much more common. his every photo is more emphatic.
