Syntactically, this is called a 'fused-head partitive' construction, where "which" refers to a set x, and all of which then means "all members of set x".

The meaning of x is recoverable from the antecedent of the relative pronoun "which", and since all of them implies a plurality of facts, presumably these were mentioned previously in the discourse.
