Hi guys,I want you to help me to figure out the difference between the following statements .. notify me if some are mistaken ..I will send you my resume with the modifications appliedI will send you my resume with the modifications applied onI will send you my resume with the modifications applied toThanks

I will send you my resume with the modifications applied on - Doesn't really work

I will send you my resume with the modifications applied to it - Okay with change, but the first is better

Also: I will send you my resume with the changes (a more natural word than "modifications") made.

FYI, phrasal verbs are combinations of a verb and preposition that convey a particular meaning.  Some verbs can be combined with different prepositions to convey different meanings.  'Apply' and 'on' do not go together.  The preposition to use with 'apply' is always 'to.'
