All of them, none of them

All of them have the skills of manufacturing the parts, but none of them have the skills to assemble those parts.

Even though all of them are the great creators of music, but none of them have skills to record the soothing music they create using their musical instruments.

I used none of them in the above sentences does it will make sense to the reader?

Can we use all of them and none of them in the same sentence?

none of them can be replace no one or no one of them?

Please guide me.
