All of my friends = All my friends?

All of my friends = All my friends?

Do we have to say "all" modifies "my friends" or just "of" is omitted and it means every single friend of mine?

All and All of mainly used with uncountable and plural nouns.With personal pronouns,two realizations are possible.For ex:
All of us-We all
All of you-You all
All of them-They all

All (of) my friends have come to my party.
