All of

[We all/All of us] know the success of this project determines our year end bonus.

I'd would like to take this opportunity to thank [all of you/ you all] for a great quarter.

Which choice is more idiomatic?

Thanks!

Philip, thanks for sharing what you think of 'of'. Actually, that's what I think too. However, I often hear native speakers use 'all of us' and it really confuses me. Can you think of an example that 'we all/you all' doesn't work as well as 'all of us/all of you'?
