Grammar

All my questions = all of my questions

We all know that 'all of my questions' is equal to 'all my questions' but I still do not understand why people say 'all' as a predeterminer modifies my questions, the NP in all my questions, but you do not say 'all of' modifies my questions in'all of my questions', don't you?

I am really sorry for dragging questions related to this grammar on and on and this is the last time for this and your opinions will be regarded as really helpful. Please help me out.

Thank you soooo much as always.
