all is? all are? all is singular? or all is plural?

hi everyone!

does "all" should correspond a singular form of noun or its plural form?

1) all his glitter/s is/are gold

2) for the good of all his church/churches

3) for the maintenance of all his car/s?

4) all this/these incident/s?

and lastly, i couldn't register in this board. i have tried a couple of times to register,however, the confirmation e-mail was not sent to me/mine? hehehe season's greetings!

Sorry about the registration problems, Anon. Try again later-- sometimes the server acts up. All with countable nouns takes the plural: All apples are red .
