HiI have problem to understand the meaning of word "all-inclusive" in this context:“We must start working together as a team and spread the culture of all-inclusive group work.”What is "all-inclusive group work"?  What does this sentence mean? Thanks

Nothing may be "left out." Nothing may be excluded.

I suppose it's possible that the author meant than no one should be excluded from the group who perform the work.

The "work" is not specifically defined anywhere in your post, so we don't really know if it's the work that's all-inclusive or the team/group that's all-inclusive.

More context might help to sort this out.

Who does "we" refer to?

Perhaps certain members of the "we" group are being excluded at present.

But if this group is then supposed to "spread the culture," others will of course be included.

The language is a bit confusing to me. What is the famous Maranello marque?

Are we talking about politics in the Italian government or politics in Grand Prix racing, or politics in the Ferarri Corporation, or politics in the Ferarri racing team?

"The culture" clearly refers to the IDEA of working together as a team.

"Group work" is like "group exercise." We all do it together. "All-inclusive" means "including the monkeys."

Don't leave anyone out just because you don't want to hear their point of view.

Perhaps he believes that if "his" group works this way, the idea will catch on, and the entire government will then be run this way.

(I hope "monkeys" isn't some sort of PC violation.)

The culture he wants to spread is the culture of inclusivity.

Where would he like to see that inclusivity? In working groups!

People often disagree about these things. We have "fixed phrases," and "compound nouns and adjectives."

A "working group" is usually an "ad hoc" group assembled to deal with a specific task, in my experience.
I guess it could be a legislative committee, or a political committee in this case.

Taking these word pairs separately, the second word would be the noun in each case, and the first word would function as an adjective.

A "work group" is a group which has been formed for the purpose of doing some work.

Did he say that in English, or in Italian? I only found one equivalent in Italian in the news. There are more results in English.

The Italian version is something like "the culture of unity/cohesion". It doesn't make much sense anyway, out of context. No one knows what he really meant to say.
I'm not a native speaker, but I would interpret "all-inclusive group work" as "work that must be done together as a team in every area, in every situation".
