All I have to do is learn English

0 There is no doubt that the sentence "All I have to do is to learn English" is correct. But how about the following two sentences: 02br
001)All I have to do is learn English. (someone told me 'to' can be omitted here, but I am not sure) 02br
002) All I have to do is learning English. (I know this sentence is grammatically right, but is there something different with the subject sentence?) 02br
00Thank you for your help in advance. 0-

01-- yes, the 'to' can be omitted. 02br 002-- not grammatically right: you have an infinitive ('to do' set in parallel to a participial clause or gerund). Or you can look at it as 'have to do' = 'must do'.
