How do you count eyeglass prescription? [Is it in centimeters for instance]? I know it's not counted in centimeters. I just wanted you to understand my question and how I would have to phrase it in order for it to be natural? How are they written?

How would you ask or say these sentences naturally?

My prescription in my left eye is -4.5. ?I have a prescription of -4.5 in my left eye.

Optical lens for glasses at prescription of -4.5 take longer to be delivered.

My optical lenses in my glasses are more curved than yours.

My prescription for glasses has gotten worse since last year. I have to close one eye to see things afar.

Is the lens in the glasses an optical lens?
