All goes to nothing

Hi

There is no life other than the one you are living in this moment. Happy and joyful in life, and

happy and joyful in death. All goes to nothing.

--- What does "all goes to nothing" mean? How do you understand it?

Top answer

All transitions to (becomes) nothing. I take it as a simple denial of an "afterlife," and an affirmation that what we are experiencing now, is everything. "

I don't take it as "contributes to," as in "all my salary goes to/for booze and women."
