All/ each

Hi,

Which one (all/ each) is correct in my sentence below?

"Since it is difficult to measure all these antioxidants individually/ each of these antioxidants individually, the plasma total antioxidant capacity (TAC) would be evaluated.

Any other correction needed?

Thanks!

Since they are being done one by one, individually, "each" makes better sense, though the "all" option isn't really wrong.
