All day long

Hi,

"Adam sent Parker flying and that is a yellow card all day long." [From the BBC web site: Live - Sunday football.]

What does the adverbial expression "all day long" mean in this context? My gut feeling tells me that Adam has been penalised with the yellow card and that the penalty is absolutely justified. Am I right?

Thank you.
