All creation or all the creation?

Hi. Does the term "all creation" mean all living and non-living things? I thought the words "the creation" meant that? Could we use the phrase "all the creation" to mean the same as "all creation"?

eg,

All (the??) creation worshipped Him.

Sorry, but can you help me with this, too? Can the use of the word "everything" in the following example sentence include human beings? Thank you in advance for your help.

He created everything in it.
