I think that this phrase doesn't fit into the following sentence

However, even greater contributions are realised through numerous everday negotiations conducted at different levels and all around the organization.

and I'm not sure if it has any sense when preceded by at different levels. Can I perhaps replace it with throughout the organization in the following sentence:

However, even greater contributions are realised through numerous everyday negotiations conducted at different levels throughout the organization.
