Both "all" and "most" require the plural "kinds", so that doesn't leave you much choice, does it?

Either "all" or "most" would be grammatically correct. Is this a physics test question?

We can use "all" with uncountable nouns right? For example, "All the bread in the kitchen went bad."

I agree that "All kind of" expression sounds awkward.
