Do I have to say all of?

A: I want to spend all my money.
B: I want to spend all of my money.
C: I get headaches all the time.
D: I get headaches all of the time.
E: All my friends have travelled.
F: All of my friends have travelled.

I mean, Is it a must to put of after all?
