All acceptable?

I filled my car with gas/gasoline/petrol. some cars need LPG gas not gasoline, how about this case? I filled my car with ___<<(what?)

FUEL is the general word. You could just say "I refueled my car". (FYI REFUELED is the American spelling; the British spelling is with two ells, REFUELLED.

I did. The "fill in the blank" answer is FUEL for the general sentence. I only see one question, in two parts.

If you're asking about LPG specifically, you already answered your question - "I filled my car with LPG".
