Are these two "all" the following "all" that Swan explains in Practical English Usage?
"'all' can be used to emphasize some adjectives, prepositions and adverbs."

Frosty: Because when the thermometer gets all reddish, the temperature goes up. And when the temperature goes up, I start to melt. And when I start to melt...I get all wishy washy!
Karen: Oh, Frosty, you just can't melt! Oh, Karen, don't you get all slushy too.
