Can I use "all" alone? Some say can, some cannot.
a. We have got so much stuff, there is no way we are going to eat all.
b. All are waiting outside the bus station.
Does who below represent the subject or the complement?

Neither my parents or my teachers love me.
Can I use plural nouns after neither.... or....?
I am thankful to you
